"We wanted to let you know how extremely happy we have been with the process – everything has gone so smoothly. Everyone that we worked with at Victory (and the Victory subcontractors) were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Victory completely took what could be a stressful situation for a couple and turned it into something that we enjoyed and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! John Nelson has been completely on top of everything, and the very few occasions that we brought something to his attention, he was already aware of it and had calls in place to have it corrected prior to us even mentioning it to him. He was also extremely helpful with getting us hooked up with people that we needed services from that were not part of our contract (for example, he had straw delivered to our lot so that we could meet the Waukesha County erosion control deadlines).
