Victory Homes of Wisconsin will feature two homes and a neighborhood in the 2025 MBA Spring Tour
Germantown, WI – March 27, 2025 — Victory Homes of Wisconsin will feature the Legends Custom in Genesee, WI, the Torrey Custom in Mequon, WI & Highland Meadows neighborhood in Mequon, WI in the 2025 MBA Spring Tour of Homes – The Metro Builder Association’s Spring Tour of Homes will offer 60 Model Homes, Condominiums, Subdivisions, and Lots throughout Southeast Wisconsin! Open houses start this weekend.
The Metro Builders Association (MBA) 2025 Spring Tour, opens this Saturday and runs weekends, from March 29th – April 13th. Locations are open each weekend from noon to 4 p.m. This FREE regional-site tour will feature model homes and condominiums, lots, and subdivisions.
The MBA Spring Tour celebrates New Homes month and kicks off the building season by connecting consumers with the area’s leading residential building contractors. The three-weekend event draws thousands of visitors from all over southeatern Wisconsin. As the only extended open house of its type in the state, the Spring Tour offers a unique opportunity to view a variety of projects and help consumers begin planning for the home of their dreams.
Collectively, the MBA Spring Tour sites will showcase a wide array of home building trends, including the latest concepts in floor plans, energy efficient products, fixtures and appliances, structured wiring, home automation, security systems, and interior design.
